For our youngest patients, Dental Calm Kids™ feels playful, comforting, and easy to understand.
Brave the Dino™ helps introduce the experience, while Brave Breathing™, bubbles, calming sound, and gentle VibroAcoustic vibration turn relaxation into something children can participate in rather than something being done to them.
Sound choices remain simple and soothing, such as soft music or nature sounds with music.
Afterward, children can take home a Brave Breathing Card™ for being brave at their dental visit.

Big Kids | Ages 8–12

Big Kids have outgrown some of the little-kid experience—but they still benefit from having time to settle before their appointment.
Dental Calm Kids™ gives them more ownership.
After Brave Breathing™, they can choose their sound experience from available InHarmony options such as soft music, nature + music, sound bowls or a pre-game-style meditation.
That element of choice helps the experience feel less childish while still providing structure and support.
Big Kids have an option to take home Brave Breathing Buddy™ bandanna for a pet at home.

Teens | Ages 13–17
A Reset Before the Appointment.
Teens don’t need a little-kid experience. They need one that respects their independence.
Dental Calm Kids™ for teens is quieter, more mature and technology-focused.
Teens settle onto the InHarmony VibroAcoustic table and choose from available audio experiences—including soft music, nature + music, sound bowls or pre-game-style meditation.
A brief Reset Breathing exercise can be incorporated based on the teen’s comfort and preference, followed by uninterrupted time with sound and gentle tactile vibration.
